Does anyone have experience with cooperative businesses?

We are trying to launch a Consumer Cooperative Assembly to fund an ammunition imports warehouse for a trade deal offered by Tula Cartridge Works of Russia. The imports warehouse projects a $400,000 base monthly revenue, and will give 10 workers full time jobs and 1000+ consumers a partial share of company ownership along with assembly voting rights, wholesale pricing and yearly dividends.

We want to change the conversation on how business can be run in our industry- by and for the People!
