Do you know who the "right" client is? The more information you have on your buyer profile, the easier it can be to target them. You can target based on SEO, how you leverage hashtags on social media, who you partner with, and where you invest for lead generation.
What are you selling? And who are you selling to?

I agree with Kimbre Lancaster. Imagine your ideal client, and list everything you know about them. What do they eat? Where? What is their daily schedule like? Weekly? Monthly? Who do they like to be with? When? What else do they enjoy? How do they feel about current events? What are they aiming for? What makes them feel frustrated? Happy? Scared? Energized? Put together a profile of whom you really want as a client. Then let that lead your marketing plan.
