SCORE has an excellent chapter in Buffalo. You can meet with mentors face-to-face or virtually. They also offer over 60 live local workshops every year with many being free and even the paid ones are very low cost. SCORE Mentoring is free and confidential. https://buffaloniagara.score.org/
