Finding your best mentor
I have recently written an article called Finding your best mentor.
If you would like to read it, you are welcome to either do so on my website, on LinkedIn or email me and I'll forward you a copy.
Here's a snippet from it.
Reflecting on the many mentors I have had over the course of my life, I feel incredibly grateful for their support, guidance and encouragement. All of it has helped me to develop into who I am now. In addition to that, I have and continue to work very hard on developing myself.
On the other side of the coin, I have had the opportunity to mentor many people at all levels of society and at all ages and I love it. It is a wonderful thing to be able to share your knowledge and skills and to see someone soak it up and then turn it into what they want in their life. To me that is a life well lived because you know it will become intergenerational change and then generational change.
