One of the issues that a business manager faces each and every day is how do I do everything that I need to do, live a life outside of work and stay focused on long term goals and being functional and healthy. Questions 1. When was the last time you sat down and really thought about what you’re doing? 2. When was the last time you sat down and really thought about what you’re achieving? 3. When was the last time you sat down and really thought about what you need to achieve? 4. What are your key objectives for the short-term? 5. What are your key objectives for the long-term? 6. Do you have regular briefings with your staff? 7. Do you take the time necessary to think about setting clear goals for the organisation? 8. Do you have a clear one month, three month, 12 month plan? 9. Do you link everything you do each day to that 12 month plan to ensure you are meeting organisational goals and objectives? 10. Who do you need to help you achieve your outcomes?
