Want to dissolve a general partnership (dba filed with County Clerk), but my partner is refusing to sign amended busienss certificate. We do not a have a written partnership agreement.

I am trying to be fair, but I also want to protect myself. What should I do next? Send a registered letter notifying her I am requesting a dissolution of the partnership?
