How can I get funding and grants to flip homes in my neighborhood?

Thank you, some of which I now know. What about grants (money I do not have to pay back)

Hi Amoni most grants are intended for nonprofit organizations. There are some women-owned business grants. you can check the federal database here: GRANTS.GOV. However, writing grants is an art form and while I understand you don't want to have to pay the money back you might be better off looking at small business loans or finding someone to invest in your company for equity.
