How can I grow the number of people on my email list?
I currently have 317 email addresses on my chimp mail account. I would like to find ways to get more people to sign up for my company's mailing list.

You are doing awesome first of all capitalize on those. Have you tried-refer a friend if you are using Wordpress it is just one more plugin? How about promoting that with a free digital gift that shouldn't cost you much.

Why does someone want to be on your email list? How are the people who are currently on your list benefitting?
When you are clear about the value of being on your mailing list, then you'll have clues for where to find the people who you want to add.
Consider that one good customer on your mailing list is worth more than hundreds of people who ignore it.
