How I can help

My professional background

I have been in business management for 40 years in a variety of businesses. I have worked for others and I have owned several businesses. My primary focus has always been on business strategy, business operations, finance and Human Resources.

How to work with me

What I can offer

I can offer a friendly, non-judgmental, calming experienced ear to assist any business owner is focusing on key challenges, setting priorities and helping move his/her business forward. I’ve had both successes and failures in business and I have learned a lot from both types of experiences. I’d love to be able to share this knowledge with newer/younger business people.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

I think a successful mentoring relationship is one where the expectations are established upfront and understood by both parties. What is it the business owner is hoping to get from the relationship? What brought the business owner to seeking a mentor now? I think delving into the answers to these questions can set the ton and focus for the relationship.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

Why are you reaching out now and what are you hoping to gain from the relationship? If the business owner can come to a first conversation with this information, we can get to work.
