I have wide-ranging experience within the banking and finance industry across many disciplines, however, the most invigorating aspect of my career has been constantly striving to build, develop, cultivate and retain teams, with deep individual engagement and a genuine goal of shared success. Mentoring has always been a vital foundation to this. I believe mindful, inclusive and constantly adaptive leadership is essential to growing any sustainable business, particularly during difficult times, and I am eager to be able to simply listen and hopefully share anything useful I have learned with those looking to build or start up their own teams and businesses.
