About my venture

Started 2018

I design science-based, educational exhibits that encourage a conservation mindset by transforming spaces into immersive experiences that instill a sense of wonder about the natural world. With a focus on play and the natural curiosity of humans, I use graphic design, tangible elements, and the attributes of a physical space to develop emotional connections to nature. My target market includes conservation-minded organizations that inhabit a physical space, be it indoor or outdoor, that are educating a public audience about a particular resource; for example, nature centers, nature museums, zoos, land trusts, parks, and wildlife preserves.

In one year, I will have enough design work to be able to make this my full-time job. In three to five years, I will partner with or acquire a fabricator to add building exhibits to my services. In seven years, I will offer fully pre-packaged piecemeal exhibit elements to produce and sell for organizations that can't afford a full remodel.
