My current challenges
My season runs from April to Halloween. This year rain interfered with more than 10 events. Even though I added 11 event days, my revenue was less than 2017. I would love to create an off-season revenue stream increasing total sales.
About my venture
New Confectioner Started 2010
New Confectioner makes and sells an award winning line of vegan frozen desserts. I do everything from our 300 sq. ft. kitchen, selling at 4 farmers markets, 2 street fairs, 3 special events, 1 wholesale account. I would like to increase my sales by 20% in 2019, if possible.
