Commi Tong Mentor

I have started from nothing, since i have moved here from Hong Kong. After working for a technology firm, Main PC, i have learned a lot from accounting to purchasing. After failing in a business due to partnership conflicts, I created another company and grew larger than i expected. I have learned a lot from my co-workers and from the SS4G courses. I would like to inspire people how the people before me inspired me. I want to contribute training and technology ideas, since i am proud of my team and technology is what my company thrives in.

technology problems interests me the most. There are multiple solutions to any problem, but with technology, you have to also think of the future, since the solution may cause an issue at a later date.

When teaching others, I love to talk it out with the rest of the members. I believe that if we all come to a single conclusion, it benefits all of us and it increases teamwork.

I think that besides bringing technology, and my experience to the table, I want to have the participants know that the greatest resource is not the technology, or the products, but the team and the synergy that creates solutions to help solve other people's problems.
