The role I enjoy most is helping people succeed and accomplish their goals. I am an advocate of people, as a neutral party, and have a knack for being able to identify strengths and areas for improvement easily. I enjoy overcoming obstacles through creative solutions that all players can buy into. I am an experienced operations leader and have a great deal of experience providing ideas and structuring processes that involve administrative groups such as HR, Accounting, Legal, IT, Safety. Troubleshooting personnel issues, strategy for best outcomes, and mediation are strengths. Management training and development are also in my tool kit. My expertise comes from 20+ years with sleeves rolled up working for two large engineering consulting firms and also in the recruitment industry. I am now working for a large advertising, marketing, communications agency with 9 offices in cities that include NYC, Boston, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Charlotte, Albany, Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse.
