My professional background
I am a Human Resources Generalist with over seven years of progressive HR and business management experience. I hold my masters degree in Human Resource Management, and am in the midst of studying to achieve my PHR certification this year.
Over the years, I have worked in many different aspects of the human resources discipline, and have a great deal of experience that can help inform and advise your business or startup. My specialties are employee engagement, development, training, compensation systems, and drafting workplace policies (which comes with a strong understanding of employment law and NYS laws in regards to labor).
There is nothing quite so fulfilling to me as equipping people with the capability to succeed in the workplace. From counseling management through employee interactions to designing compensation systems for two separate companies, I'm very capable and versatile in the Human Resources field, and am happy to volunteer my services on this platform.

What I can offer
Human resources practices and procedures are an often-neglected yet critical aspect of a successful business's infrastructure. Change management, managerial approach counseling, and employee development are areas in which I have some of my strongest skills. I'm very interested in helping business owners communicate more effectively, set employee expectations, and set a standard of excellence in their business approach.
