I am working on growing my team and my company. At this time, I am having a hard time deciding the tasks I will assign to my assistant, and what are my priorities on hiring services on that area. I am also searching for my customer segment. I want to reach more people to interview within the customer segment I am currently researching and am having some difficulties making those connections.

I have taken two courses with the local Startup Incubator and have applied their methods to discover my customer segment. I have also used LinkedIn and my professional connections to reach those customers and have had some success, but I think I need a better strategy.

I want Lenguas Club to grow and become a corporation. I would like to expand my program to include more languages and develop a business model that allows for affordable rates for underdeveloped nations.

I want to have someone experienced to bounce ideas with. I would love to hear and learn from their experience and develop new perspectives and strategies to help my business grow.

Lenguas Club is an online platform that helps people speak a new language by connecting them with a community of native speakers and learners and utilizing a pedagogically sound program to advance language skills naturally. Currently, I am running the program in English and Spanish, but I expect to add Mandarin in the near future. The program places an emphasis on oral and listening skills as they are the ones people seek most when studying a language.
