Starting up — do I have enough skill set to start up. Can I turn my passion of helping others into a business? During the pandemic, I've helped many people that has come to me for advice regarding home buying and steps to take. I've done my homework on the real estate buying and holding property with numerous classes and webinar to steer a client in the right directions.

Recently I've worked with a gentleman and not only guided him through the home buying process, paperwork, items needed and making sure that his credit stayed steady during the process. He was able to not only buy the house of his dreams, he walked out the closing process with them owing him money. I knew right then I wanted to help people get into a home.

I desire to be a real Estate entrepreneur. I want to buy homes and rent them out while educating my renters the value of home-ownership. Have enough property to give a home to some family in need. I want to own the home free and clear. That will give me the ability to gift something back to the community with flexibility and leverage to gain the money side for venture capital.

I want to make sure I've covered all the legal channels and hear of other directions I could take to further my business. A mentor to me is someone that can answer questions and give feedback and direction.

I want to start up a home buying consulting business. I want to work with our local home headquarter, HUD and home buying companies that make the potential home buyer take these courses to get started in the home buying process.
