What I need help with

My background as an entrepreneur

My current challenges

I would like assistance with whether I should delegate tasks, get employees vs contractors, or try it all by myself. I would also like assistance with investors, grants, and how to get supplies. I have made a business plan but I do not have any comparable companies or financials on it.

About my venture

Brown-Pugh Daughters & Sons LLC Started 2016

I have a start-up Real Estate company that will maintain quality and add value to my home neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY area. The initial focus will be buying foreclosed, tax lien, deals, and distressed 1-4 family properties for the purpose of reselling as is, renovation for a resale, and/or for residential rental income properties. We will provide low income as well. The future consist of: property management, selling condos, and expanding nationwide, starting with the other boroughs in NY.
