Well over 20 years in the field of personal and career development in the staffing and non-profit industries as well as in business and leadership roles in corporate america. I am an avid community/grassroots leader sitting on community board 12 for Bronx District 12 in 2013 as well as assisting on two campaigns for City Council for District 12, victorious for both. I currently run a growing program started in 2019; Stay Motivated Vision/Motivational Mentoring program with over 100 mentees and 4 graduates in 2020.

Deliver mental astuteness in business and career development as well as leadership specializing in all areas of business from start-up to sustainability as well as workforce performance and production optimization, intellectual property planning, and financial liberation (credit repair, taxes, estate, land investing, and big banking).

Because people are not paying they tend to take the time and energy given for granted. I will not mentor anyone who is not committed, dedicated, and determined.
