My current challenge is to get customers for my property management business. I need to make potential customers aware that my company exists and the value that we can bring to them

My second challenge is with running the numbers to determine if a property has the potential for profitability. I really need help with this.

I am currently working with the SBDC on my business plan. I am also in the process of creating a website and business cards for marketing. I have joined local facebook groups of property investors.

My past experience includes purchasing and renovating 2 houses and managing my own properties for over 16 years.

Obtain 5-10 doors per year for property management services.

Purchase 2-3 rental properties per year.

Learn to be successful and give back through mentoring.

I am eager to learn and gain new customers. I realize the importance of learning from others that have the knowledge and are willing to share. In addition, the mentors will help me grow my business and reach my goals.

I want to sell my businesses' property management services to other property owners and investors. The business can handle the day to day operations that occur with property ownership and tenants. With over 16 year experience, we can oversee maintenance and repairs, rent collection, address tenant and owner concerns.

In addition, I want to purchase additional properties that can be rented or renovated and sold.
