Hello my name is Kristina Bobb. Myself and my significant other Michael Asare are looking to provide an amazing service to our community. I was referred to your organization by the SEAP program. We created a small business about 1 year ago. The business was a Junk removal company. We were so passionate and excited to create something of our own. However, we were naive to the realities of owning a business. Through out this experience it has always been our long term goal to open a food truck! Not just any food truck but a unique experience for our consumers."Nacho Average Taco Truck." We will provide clean shaven meat right from the roaster, homemade ingredients and a very unique fresh taco bowl! Along the way I lost my job after being in the professional world for 12 years, completely changing our lifestyle. While receiving unemployment we learned about the SEAP program and thought WOW!! this is a second chance to get it right. We are seeking guidance to bring our concept to the world
