Mentees and Mentors,

We appreciate your interest in mentorship. Please be advised that after March 31, 2024, the Business Mentor NY Program will cease to operate. However, you can continue to access mentoring services by contacting Entrepreneurship Assistance Centers in your area at esd.ny.gov/eac-directory to obtain one-on-one counseling with your current business idea or small business.

What I need help with

My background as an entrepreneur

My current challenges

I am currently seeking a mentor to help me strategize, structure, package and develop my business ideas where I can be more impactful, create opportunities for more visibility, and attract clients.

My biggest challenge has been marketing and packaging my services where I could actually acquire clients. I have been very active on IG and Facebook, but have yet to see any success from this strategy. My clients have come from a google search so far. I could benefit from having some insight on how I could improve my reach.

I just don’t know what I don’t know. I seek guidance on raising my awareness of the possibilities that are out there for me and exploring various opportunities where I can best position my business to expand in the faith based/relationship and therapy genre.

About my venture

Anni B. Johnson Started 2011

Anni B. Johnson is a platform that supports, educates and guide men and women on how to restore, renew and rebuild themselves and their relationships (primarily marriage).

As a NYS Licensed Social Worker and (self published) author, I have fused my education, personal story and passion to assist clients in navigating the ups and down of married life/relationships. Using my life as a class, and four main core principles, I help clients rediscover the connections they seek in marriage with the hope of avoiding divorce and unifying the family.

It is my goal to offer online courses, counseling, workshops and speaking engagements (telling my story) for couples to establish healthier relationships in their lives.
