I want to learn more about effective budgeting and advertising, and figuring out pricing. I also want to learn about volume and how much product to make for markets and events. Currently I am taking classes with Women's Enterprise Development Center to learn more about small business. I am creative with food however I recognize I need to learn about business logistics and procedures.

Little Bits by Meli specializes in cupcakes, in vegan, lower sugar and gluten-free options. I eventually want to expand to cookies, mini-cakes, and mini-breakfast loaves. Cupcakes are also available in the original full sugar options. Customizations are welcomed; give Little Bits by Meli your favorite flavors and I can make a cupcake out of it. My mission statement is “We all deserve a little bit of happiness.” My products are made with health in mind. One needn’t worry about raising their blood sugar, the physical discomfort that can go with Celiac disease, or declining because of vegan options are unavailable. All products are made with natural, fresh, whole ingredients.
