I just launched my business this past week, and I’m really excited about the outpouring of support and customers. As a physician, I want to position this company to perform without my direct involvement in every aspect of the company. I need to put a team in place to effectively keep up with the demand.

I am looking into outsourcing various roles for the company. I’ve hired a food marketing consultant, and a virtual assistant thus far.
