About my venture

Michael McHale Designs Started 2008

I have been running a high-end lighting business since 2008 with some success. The market has changed in the last five years, though, and none of my marketing efforts seem to work anymore. I need either to develop a new strategy or to close the business. Some of my enthusiasm for the business has sapped in recent years, but I think that could be revived if we can recapture some of the sales and buzz from years past. At the moment we are treading water and part of that is to do with my being disengaged and reluctant to enthusiastically push my product. I'm optimistically hoping that that will change if I could sign on to a business plan I believe in.
